At Cllowear, your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure a smooth return process if needed.


Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product (a rare occurrence), please contact us immediately for assistance.


Warranty Coverage: All warranties begin on the date you receive the product. If an item fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or quality issue (not due to personal damage or misuse), we will accept the return. General returns or refund requests without clear reasons are not covered.


Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.


Required Documentation for Returns

Before we can accept a return, please provide the following:


Clear photos of the front and back of the original packaging


Photos or videos of the defective item


Evidence (photos/videos/screenshots) of the issue or malfunction


Our team will inspect your return upon receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.


Return Process

Submit a Request: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the relevant order and click "Request Return". Fill in the required details, including the order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


Wait for Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and respond via the email associated with your account.


Follow Return Instructions: Upon approval, you’ll receive the return address and any necessary instructions by email.


Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records. This ensures we can confirm the return.


Please note: All returns must be authorized by our support team before being shipped. Returns sent without prior approval, to the wrong address, or containing incorrect or empty items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refund Policy

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. These fees will be deducted from your authorized refund.


Shipping Method: We use flat-rate shipping by default. If you choose an express delivery service, the extra shipping cost will apply.


One-Time Shipping Charge: Customers will only pay for shipping once (including returns). No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.


Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund via the original payment method within 3–5 business days. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Confirmation & Follow-Up: Once the item is shown as delivered, please notify our team so we can finalize the refund process.
